Fall league registration is now open. Once again, we have two leagues - Intermediate/Experienced on Mondays and Beginner/Intermediate on Tuesdays. Both leagues are at Juneau High School at 64th and Bluemound. Both leagues are scheduled to start the week of September 14th.
Please read this entire e-mail because there are a few changes to the registration process.
We have a new registration system. The key aspect of this is that we now accept payment online through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, you can also use any credit or debit card through PayPal. We will also no longer be accepting payment at the fields. All payments must be made when registering. If you absolutely cannot pay via PayPal or credit/debit card, then you must contact the club at mucle...@gmail.com in advance to work out payment. A registration will not be complete until payment is received, so if you do not pay in advance, you will not be put onto a team. If you have already registered but not paid, you can always return to the registration site to make your payments.
Anyone that needs to turn in a waiver for this year will still be able to do this at the fields, but we will not have any way to collect cash/checks.
In addition, you will now have an account on the registration site to allow you to see any league that you are in (moving forward) as well as standings and other information.
Group Signup: You can sign up individually, with a buddy group (MAXIMUM OF 2 PER GENDER) or as a full team (MINIMUM OF 5 PER GENDER). Any group that does not meet these restrictions will be split up as needed to fill out other teams. This means that buddy groups of 3 guys (for example) will not be kept together. You may end up on the same team, but there is no guarantee. Likewise, a team of 12 people, but only three women, will most likely be separated. To sign up as a group, there is a new field on the registration form called "Baggage Password". Everyone in your group/team needs to use that same, unique password to get grouped together, so be sure to come up with something that will be unique to your group.
Thanks,
Charlie
