WTB: Painting Services

I'm building a new house and looking for some painting labor services. I
will supply the paint & stain. Mukwonago area. Job consists of the
following:

Second floor soffit on west side, 8" width approx 40 ft long (angled)
Second floor soffit on south side, 8" width approx 30 ft long
Second floor soffit on east side, 8" width, approx 30 ft long (angled,
difficult to get at - above garage)
Second floor trim on 3 windows
All above are primed and just need latex topcoat

Second floor fascia on west side, aprrox 4" width, 40ft long (angled)
Second floor fascia on south side, approx 4"width, 30 ft long
Second floor fascia on east side, approx 4" wdith, approx 30ft long
(angled, difficult to get at - above garage)
The south side needs an oil stain undercoat then a latex stain topcoat. The
other fascias need only the latex topcoat.

Prefer a professional, it should be an easy job for the typical painting
contractor. I am not looking for speed, but would I want to have it done by
the end of Spetember.

I've done the rest of the exterior paint and this appears to be a max of a
1 to 1.5 job. However, with all the other new house stuff going on, I would
prefer to hire someone.
