I made my own with a regular socket and an angle grinder, but I checked the size and it's much larger ... needed mine a couple times for swingarm locknuts.

Jeff is bring one to Joey's for me to use and I plan to use it as a template to make my own.

I have done the same. Figure out the diameter required, find cheap socket, divide into no of dogs required (using a 12 point socket, you can easily protract into 3, 4 or 6 dogs) and get busy with an angle grinder or Dremel. Use your standard socket set to employ.........

 

But don't forget to put it (I mean hide it) in a safe place for the next time you might wish to use it.   ;o}

Bobby, you can buy this tool from Motionpro for less than 20 bucks. The modified socket works Ina pinch but they break easily because the grinding removes the metal hardening. When i get back from davenport, I'll send you a link for the tool... Or just borrow one of mine. Mad.danB
