I'm in need of a BSA service tool to get the fork seal holders
unscrewed from the lowers on a 64-68 set of forks. Anyone have the
tool or made one at some point. Looks like a 1.25" OD pipe with 1/8"
tabs 180 degree from each other would work but I'm afraid the tool was
probably case hardened to insure a good edge against the slots. Any
help would be appreciated. Anyone know the status on MCC in South MKE
since Mike passed away. He had loaner tools for stuff like this.

Sounds kinda like tools the Japanese used on their forks in the '60's. Should be something out there.

I mistyped 1.25" ID, not OD.

I can't help BUT I'm pretty sure it's like a British box spanner. I had one back in Blighty to do my BSA. I had to grind the edge of the box to make it fit but it saved a good few £ not having to by a proper tool.
