I am now charging for out of hours support.
As you know I have been doing support free of charge. Alas, this has
been abused on several occasions by people calling at very un-social
hours, often with very trivial questions. They thought I offered a
free 24hrs service. I don't.

Thsi problem has now been resolved ( a simple omission on my part) if
you redownload that should correct the problem.

Hi,
I believe that downloads done since above date may have a problem with
the saving of edits.
If you redownload the system again it should work satisfactorily.
The problem will be researched over the weekend and corrected on
Monday next.

32bit and 64bit Computers - Thankyou Microsoft et al....

I have just bought a new Notebook Computer with Windows 7 - 64bit.
This is a 32bit computer with a 64bit version of Windows 7 - MR8 and
DR8 - DO NOT run on this machine. (Unless you know better).
When installing Windows 7 during a custom install you can decide
whether you want 32bit or 64bit version. Most new computers don't... more »

Has anyone else had a problem when they do "print all customers", "payments on day" (in my case we do all payments on Saturday) for BACS payments - first time you print gives you correct total then next time you look it's increased, and then increases every time? Cash & cheque payments are correct and stay the same.... more »
