I am trying to find away of producing brochures / letters / bespoke
bills to all our customers.
I would like to know if there is currently a facility or could we have
a facility for merging data with Word or Excel documents to enable us
to be more diverse with our marketing etc.,
Alternatively is there the possibility of being able to dump the data
and field headers into Excel to enable me to prepare my own mail merge
documents ad hoc., e.g. By Flag, name, address, current
balance, sage ref.
Any assistance would be greatly recieved, we are still having trouble
printing our monthly bills using the label facility ??
