Direct Debit Listings.

Alas mod to list alternative to UCN as a DD account reference caused
the listing of UCNs were listed as '000000'. Now corrected. (Thanks
Eli)

Last Paid Date not being Stored.

As a result of changes made. The Last paid date was not being stored.
This has now been fixed! (Thanks Mr. Stern)

Payments Being Reset

If you have set a payment then (in the same week) set the customer to
being Direct Debit in the same week the payment will be lost...Fixed!!

Checking Cheque Value

Pressing Q to check a Cheque value and then pressing Cancel will reset
the cheque value...Fixed!

Kill Payments on Multi Day Payers.

Previously killing payments when only one payment had been received
was painful! Now it acts the same as killing other payment types.

Showing Customer Names on Type 2 Delivery Lists.

The name is now displayed. Use the display name and address in
Delivery List Options.(Thanks Brid)

Glanbia Bills - Mods:- Zero quantities were being printed (lots of
zeros). (thanks Brandon)

Glanbia Bills - Mods:- The wide printer is now the default. You will
still have to set the page length to 4inches. (thanks all)
