  h264 one is not such a big deal. From looking at the ruby server, you &lt;br&gt; just need a parser for h264 (QuickTime in fact) that translates a &lt;br&gt; timecode to a payload location and length. Then send this data and &lt;br&gt; repeat. I have a decoder (halfway working), but given that you aren&#39;t &lt;br&gt; including my stuff anyway and it&#39;s not really rocket science, I guess

  As I said, I may be wrong (and I was actually wrong with the AMF &lt;br&gt; parser, as this works on an already read byte array). &lt;br&gt; Still, imagine a slow uplink. It would seem to me that either you need &lt;br&gt; to block as bytes tickle in or collect the incomplete messages... are &lt;br&gt; you doing that? &lt;br&gt; And why aren&#39;t you simply using the Executor thread pools and skip
