If you're seeking billiard instruction from someone who claims to be a
certified instructor or certified master instructor, you can use the
following two websites to verify that information:
BCA - http://home.bca-pool.com/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=65
ACS - http://www.americancuesports.org/DNN/Programs/InstructorProgram/InstructorCoachList/tabid/156/Default.aspx

These are the two main recognized instructor programs. Do not be
fooled by anyone who claims to be a "certified master instructor" in
any other "academy". Anyone can start their own school/academy and
certify themselves as a master instructor.

Long-time, reputable instructors in this state such as Tom Ross,
Melissa Little, and other are not certified and do not claim to be.
They rely on good ol' fashioned honesty and hard work. Do not be
misled.
