Here's a patch for sqlalchemy-migrate for some changes we needed at
xxxxxx.   We've been using it in production for a couple days
now, and it looks good to me, but you are more up-to-date with the
migrate codebase so I was wondering if you could take a look too.

Thank you for the patch, I have applied it locally. Looks good:)
However, I will not push it to main repo until I find some spare time
to write tests.

genmodel and schemadiff have very few tests (almost none), we
shouldn't allow this to advance much further:)
