Patch : Extracting Named Query Constants From CollectionSheetPersistence
To NamedQueryConstants

Hi all,

I was going through the source code. I found some string literals in
CollectionSheetPersistence.java, which had not been moved as string
constants to NamedQueryConstants.java where the rest of the query strings
reside.
I've moved them to that file now.

I have attached the patch that moves those string literals.
