Attached find patch for fixes of issue 1463 (https://mifos.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1463). See that issue's comments for an explanation of the cause of the defect and its fix.
Unit tests were run successfully against this patch to revision 12234.
Since the fixes affect display logic in JSPs, and since we have not yet established procedures and tools for automated testing of such, there are no automated tests for these fixes. I manually verified both the defects and their fixes, and I've attached a word document capturing before/after screen shots of the affected JSPs.
