[Mifos-developer] Collection Sheet Interface Done

Outside of bugs and reviews I've finished work on the Collection Sheet Interface (mostly to do with saving collection sheets).

This does include some session caching (talked about last year) however I intend to do a little more work on saving collection sheets performance going forward.

I believe this work shoud match up with about three mingle cards but I can only find one (2230) at the moment.
