[Mifos-developer] Hibernate Configurations for second level and query caching in Mifos

Hi,

I have added two properties in in hibernate properties files in
r16462, (Added parameters for more flexibility around hibernate
second-level cache configuration, no behaviour change as changes are
with defaults)

second level query cache is enabled by default,

But how its being used in Mifos is something I am not sure about yet.
Will be something interesting for later.

Also, If you look at hibernate properties files you will find that
Mifos is using HashtableCacheProvider, and the Hibernate documentation
says that its not intended for production use.
