[Mifos-developer] ubuntu install script prototype

I created a Bash script to simplify an initial Mifos install on Ubuntu.
It
* automates http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/UbuntuWARInstall except
installing prerequisites
* is a prototype for provoking discussion, not "the real installer"
* is for folks wanting to quickly try Mifos on their own Ubuntu machine
* does not configure a machine for Mifos development
* might work on Debian too

Instructions:
1. start with Ubuntu 8.04 or later
2. Install prerequisites (sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jre
mysql-server-5.1)
3. Install Tomcat in $HOME/tomcat6 (see http://tinyurl.com/yavpms5 )
4. grab the latest release .zip off our continuous integration server
( http://tinyurl.com/yekvfgp )
5. unzip it, cd into the exploded directory, run "./install-ubuntu.sh"
