GEEK Week Open House November 6th?

The GEEK Memphis group has asked us if we wanted to do a big open house (Like we have talked about at the past meeting or two) on Tuesday, November 6th. We would need to get several people's confirmation of being able to attend and bring projects to show off. If we could get confirmations by next Tuesday I can email her and we'll officially be put on all of their marketing stuff.

If you can make the night of Tuesday November 6th, and bring a project or something to show off please respond here.

Say I have a few projects I have to work on this weekend, alot of wood stuff... Can we make the cut off for the shop say 5 PM Sunday? I'll volenteer to help clean up and orginize on Monday Night.

Sounds like a good idea. I know I got some piles of dust around the lathe that ill need to clean up. You mind throwing some t-shirts over the mill before you get started? I meant to do that the last time I was there.

Oh I blew out the bay last night after cutting some plexy..  and the TV, and the motors and so on...... 

I still have a ton of out side fabric, It should be durable enough for making some covers if you like. If some one would donate some nylon rope for the strings that would be awesome. =D

Anyway here's a pic of the monitor stand I built this week.
