Piano - free to good home

We just moved out of Memphis and we have no room in our new home for our old piano. It is an upright Kurtzwell that sounds WONDERFUL. The person renting our old house from us doesn't want it to stay there, se we are forced to get rid of it.
 
The only thing wrong with it is one of the wheels came off when the flooring contractor moved it out of the old house. And, of course, any time you move a piano, it is recommended that you have it retuned.
 
It looks beautiful and sounds even better. If you want it, let me know and I can arange for the new tenant to be aware of you comming to get it. We need to have it gone this weekend.
 
I would much rather it not be stripped for it's metal content. I would like for someone to get some use and enjoyment out of this fine instrument.
