You might check out B9CREATOR on Kickstarter.
It uses a projector and photopolymer and images a layer at a time with good resolution.
The photopolymer is pretty noxious from what I understand.
If you need high resolution printed parts, you might contact Gary Lowery of Vision Engineering and Prototype in Horn Lake, MS.
He has several sterolithographers he uses for printing prototype parts with.
