Hello.
I am creating a word document, and there are some problems when using Hebrew
language.

TOC is not aligned properly (the column of the titles on the TOC are not
aligned).
Also, I see default language is Hebrew, and I want to change that to English
(i.e TOC is right to left when creating).

you have to modify the styles TOC1, TOC2 etc.
