I was happy to find that Word will add a numbered list after I start it but not so happy that when I change back to non-list typing my margins, tabs, etc. change. What is a policy border? I am using a long document that was created by another user, and am adding text. I noted under the formating that policy border is selected but I cannot tell what that is. Thanks, Carol

Hi there, My top and bottom page margins have disappeared, but when i go to page setup it shows them as the regular 2.54 in. I tried to change the default, but new docs just turn up the same: no top and bottom margins but page setup says they're there. I need to print a two-sided document on trade paperback sized paper, and don't see this in the dropdown. Can I set a custom-sized paper, so that when my printer flips the page it will print in the right place?
