Hi,

I have a Word 2000 document that contains both macros and
a form that I am trying to email directly from Word in
HTML format (not as an attachment). I've found that I can
do this, but the email that I receive (Outlook 2000) is
missing many of the form fields and data from check boxes
and drop down menus. Is there a workaround or a way to
fix this problem?

Thank you!

Word document file format supports Word's form fields; HTML
doesn't recognize them. Word 2000 should have a "Web tools"
toolbar with controls for HTML files?

Otherwise, you will need to send this as an attachment.
