I am trying to print envelopes with Word 2007 and when I try to print the
message
"the number must be between 1 and 31" appears.

Do the envelope templates that you can download from my web site print
correctly? If they do, chances are that there is a problem with the normal
template. Rename normal.dotm to normal.dotm.old and see if that fixes it.
