Hello My name is Ms. Anita Burton, I am new to this website. I am currently
undergoing major problems with downloading issues of the Windows package. I
have recently Download the Windows Word 2007 trial package, that includes the
Powerpoint presentation, OneNote, Excel, as well as various other programs
with this package. Now, the problem is when I open up either one of the
package it ask for me to Convert the package because that package has expired
due to various reasons. I follow the prompts all the way through until it ask
me to put in the code. I immediately enter the code, and then it transfers
the file, or what it does. At this point, It states you have successfully
converted this package, and to close the window so that it can take it
course. I have done that, however it still does not convert this package and
I do not know what to do at this point. Please help!
