Batch Conversion Wizard- Word 2002

I have more than 50 Lotus Word Pro( Rel 9.6-2000) docs
that I would like to convert from Word Pro to Word 2002.
I know I can cut and paste- but I would like to use the
Batch Conversion Wizard in Word 2002.

I read Article Q313714 which was very helpful. However,
the version that I have which was installed by an OEM
does not have this program. I also did not see it as a
downloadable file.

Will I have to purchase an entire new product or do you
know where I can get this file?
