I've got this log-in problem with my remote desktop
application on my office computer wherein I left my unit
turned on with my account logged-in, and I needed to run
a certain application which I forgot to do before leaving
the office, but when I used my username account to
connect to the office it gives me an error message that
says "Unable to log-in to the said computer to
restrictions" or something like that, thou the account I
am using is already a member of the Adminsitrator Group.
But when I tried to login using the Administrator
username it does connect. Why is this so? Did I miss on
something? Or is it because my username has already been
logged-in and I can't use it again, in other words it
doesn't accept multiple log-in? I hope you can help me
with this. Thanks

Your username needs to be a member of the remote desktop users group, and it
needs to have a password assigned. Missing either of these will result in
that message, I think.

On the work machine:

Start, run, control userpasswords2 <enter>

Click on the advanced tab, then the advanced button, to manage this most
easily.
