We have a lab with 30 computers and Windows XP on all of
them. I setup a defaul user profile with all the icons
and the printer that the students need to use. However,
when some students login they can't use the printer.
Some can and some cannot. The printer is there in the
printer window but it can't find it when they go to
print. I have to remove it and then add it again with the
user logged in and then they can use it. There has to be
an easier way rather than me adding the same printer for
every different user that logs in. How can I add the
printer to the workstation and have is accessable and
useable for every user that logs in to that workstation??
