What do you mean when you say highlight?

MS Digital Image has a great set of editing
tools...maybe it would work for you. There's
a 60 day trial version available if you would
like to give it a try:

Most any digital image editing program
can do that. Try the Digital Image trial
version...it may be just what you are
looking for.
