Getting IE to open maximised

Hello peeps,

When I open a link from OE or from my IRC client or anywhere else that
needs to open another browser window for that matter, it always opens
minimised. How do I get it to open maximised?

I don't want to drag the window open and make it larger that way as I want
the option to minimise it with the buttons in the corner. Can this be done?

To make IE open the same way you closed it, open IE, hold
down ctrl+shift+alt, drag/set the window as you want it,
then close it and release the keys. It will then always
open maximized, or where you had it set when you closed it.

Or

Start IE, right click any URL and select Open in a New
Window.
Go back to the first IE window you opened and close it.
Return to the second window and manually drag it to fill
the screen.
(Do not use the maximize button)
Close this second window, using the close box.
All IE windows should now open maximized.
