Perhaps 192.168.0.2 rejects ping request packets.
All pinging by name brings is a check to see if the DNS translations are
correct.

Do you HAVE a device on your LAN with the IP of 192.168.0.2?

Check for overlooked personal firewalls on the target computer, and check the
router for "Isolation Mode" or similarly named setting. What anti-virus product
do you use?
