WinXP Pro Can't See/Access Wireless WG PC

PCs run Win98SE, are brand-x PCs, both have 32MB RAM, one
is 166MHz, and the other is 266 MHz. The third PC is a
New Dell with WinXP Pro (Service Pack 1), 256MB RAM, and
a 2.0 GHz processor. There are three rooms in this
office suite but only two have been pre-wired with RJ45
cable runs to wall jacks. In the wire closet the RJ45
cables are connected to a CISCO 1538 Micro Hub which is
Uplinked to a CISCO Router (10/100 switch) that provides
Broadband Internet Access. I had to go with a wireless
solution for the third computer. Put a LinkSys Wireless
PCI Card in the 266 MHz PC and connected a LinkSys
(WAP11) Wireless Access Point to a Port on the CISCO 1538
Hub. The three computer Network is a Peer-to-Peer
Workgroup (all have been set with the same workgroup
name).
The Problem:
The 166MHz Win98SE PC can See (Network Neighborhood) and
Access the other two computers (266MHz Win98SE wireless
and the Dell XP Pro).
The 266MHz Win98SE Wireless PC Cannot See the Dell (XP
Pro) but can Access it (mapped drive, etc) and can See
and Access the 166MHz Win98SE PC.
The Dell (XP Pro) Cannot See or Access the 266MHz Win98SE
Wireless PC but can See and Access the 166MHz Win98SE PC.
Looks like Windows XP Professional has problems
communicating across a wireless network. Anyone know
about this problem and have a solution for it?

Yes, 266 Win98 can ping XP, and XP can ping 266 Win98. I
actually made a mistake in my initial posting: "The
WinXP Pro PC can See 266 Win98SE but it cannot Access it
in any way".
The "Browser Service" is Started (and has been since
the Dell was purchased) and it is set on Automatic. If
this is not what you meant by "Master Browser" then
please let me know. I did go to the link you provided
and unless I misunderstood what it was saying, it was
related to the "Browser Service". Again, let me know if
I am incorrect.

(from Control Panel> Network Connections>):

Resolutions:
1) make sure no any firewall running.
2) make sure you have created the same workgroup, and the same username on
w2k/xp for logging on a remote computer.
3) check user's rights.
4) you may want to enable guest account on w2k/xp.
5) if you are using simple file sharing, you may try to disable it and
re-share the drive manually.
6) if it is mixed OS (win98, NT, ME and W2K/XP) network, enable NetBIOS over
TCP/IP.
7) make sure the Computer Browser service is started if all computers are
w2k/xp.
8) stop Computer Browser service on wwin9x, ME and NT if this is a mixed OS
network.
9) cache credential by using net use \\computername\share /user:username
command (it is better to have the username logon shared computer).
10) if you have tried enabling netbios over tcp/ip but doesn't work, you may
try to load netbeui (loading netbeui may slow your network).
11) Make sure the server service is running.

I have meticulously checked and implemented every item
that you listed starting with "1." and going
through "11.". All of these tests and changes did not
produce any positive results. The problem remained and
still remains exactly the same ----
The "WinXP Pro" system cannot Access (in any way other
than Ping it seems) the "266 Win98SE" system. The
error message remains as detailed previously:

I am at a loss for ideas. I hope you have some additional
thoughts or suggestions.
