Album Cover not updated

Hello all, when I click on Find album info windows finds everything including
album cover art, however when I click on update album windows updates songs
only but not the album cover art, does anyone know why and how to fix it?

Album art is not music data, it is a graphic. When you get the initial album
info it inserts the latest art (if any) it has in its art library. When you
update
it only updates the data but not any graphics (album art, etc.).

Oh, Yes I did answer it! My second sentence did, for it states that you got
the latest art in its library. If there are any later than that, you must
find
it yourself at some other website or use a Google search, period!

You don't get it, the album cove is blank, gray, nothing on it, but it shows
the cover when you click on find album info, it shows the art, but you click
on finish and update, it doesn't place the art on the albun cover, it leaves
it gray !!!!

Thanks for "clarifying" the situation. You have another problem which
has nothing to do with music, but you have a graphic display problem.
The format of the graphic may not be supported by your music program.
You may want to take a look here.

So how come 70% of albums were updated, only some are not, even if the album
cover is found?

The 30% of the graphics that were not updated are NOT supported
by your program. The format may not be DirectX or some other type
that your program can not display.
