Subject: MM2 Problems
Everytime I import a clip into MM2 I get a pop up box
saying: Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and
needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then
askes me to send or don't send the report. I check out
the what the error report contains and it says: Error
signature: AppName: moviemk.exe  AppVer: 2.0.3312.0
ModName: subtitds.ax ModVer: 1.4.0.0 Offset: 000066a2.
Then after i send it I click on more information and it
says this on a webpage:

Analysis Information

Thank you for submitting an error report. The error was
likely caused by:

Subtitle (subtitds.ax)

Subtitle (subtitds.ax) is distributed by many companies.
Please contact the company that provided you with
Subtitle (subtitds.ax). If you are unsure about which
company provided you with Subtitle (subtitds.ax) contact
Tobias Waldvogel.

It seems there is an error with Subtitle (subtitds.ax),
correct? How do I fix this?

See the Problem Solving... Acceleration and Codecs page of www.papajohn.org

That's one of the .ax files in the list of known problems.

Yes, you don't even need to restart MM2 or your computer.
