Since downloading service pack 3, I continually have the above message
whenever I start my computer, and it does not want to go away. I can not
install the software to my Kodak all in one printer model ESP5...easy share
software. Is that related to this error.

How do I fix the error, as well as how do I install my printer's software,
which requires service pack 3?
