Today I was fiddling around with my resolution and all of
a sudden the icons on the taskbar, and only the icons on
the task bar, became somewhat blurry.I did the stupid
thing that only a 12 year ld like me would do and i
restarted and the problem didnt go away. How can I mkae my
icons clear again?

You can change it back this way:
+ R-Click on blank area of desktop.
+ Select the "Appearance" tab
+ Select "Advanced" button
+ Select "Item" called "Active Title Bar"
+ The "Font" size default is 10pt (default font is called "Trebuchet
MS"), and then the "Active Title Bar" size default is "25", but you can have
it as small as 20 with the font at 10pt.
+ Click "OK"
+ Click "OK"
That should do it.
You don't have to have admin privileges to do my fix.

You will have to change back your mouse pointer, and desktop background, but
the task bar will be fixed.
When you do get things the way you like them then save the theme so you can
go back to it.
Again, this does not require admin privaleges -- or reg hacking!
