Subject: Logging on
I can log on to my XP window with no problem, but four other family members
cannot anymore.  When they click on thir icon their window loads  with thir
own picture and icons, bot then freezes.  The cursor goes into eggtimer mode
when placed on the start button.  Sometomes I get a Runtime error message
Program:\C\Program files\Surfaccuracy\SAcc.exe     This app has requested the
Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the applications
support team for more info.

I am at a loss  - even when I create a new guest user the same thing
happens.  Is it big trouble?

SAcc.exe is an advertising program by Surf Accuracy.
This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes
the data back to the author's servers for analysis. This also
prompts advertising popups. This program is a registered
security risk, is spyware, and should be removed immediately.
