Win XP Outlook Express 6

Top line of Menu Bar (i.e. File Edit View Tools Message and Help)
has completely disappeared but the Tool Bar (New Post Reply Forward etc)
is there.
How Can I get back the Menu Bar ?
Please help?

Is the blue banner still visible? In other words, you didn't push the window
up by any chance, did you?

If the banner is still there try in a new identity. You may have a damaged
identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identities |
Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can
import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it.

Note: Do not use the word Main in the name of the new identity.

Yes! I managed it by restoring the Image Archive File.
