By "links" you mean internet shortcuts (Favorites)? They are files...all
you have to do is copy them and put them wherever you want them.
If Win7 has a built in Favorites folder you can put them there. Or you can
put them in a folder of your making, named as you will, and put a shortcut
to that folder on your desktop or taskbar; you could also make it a toolbar
on the taskbar.
