I've seen several people with similar errors, but they were all able to run
chkdsk and fix them. I can not.
It still sounds like hardware is to blame.
It's good you ran the Dell diagnostics. But you need a second opinion.
I'd start by testing the RAM, one module at a time. Here are some links
