You know how they say to delete any suspicious email before reading if
you suspect a virus? Well how do you delete a message in Netscape Inbox
without it opening first? The option to delete is grayed out until you
click on the message and it opens. Too late then!!!

Not really. Unlike O.E., NetScape Messenger won't run scripts or
attachments without your intervention.

One way to delete a suspicious message without first opening it is to click
the VIEW menu and UNcheck MESSAGES. In that mode, the headers alone are
displayed, requiring a double-click to reveal the message.

You can click that bar that seperates the contents window so it's fully open. It
won't open if the contents window isn't showing.
