For printing jewel cases all you need is to set any program that will take
text and graphics and put them onto paper. Your job would be to ensure that
the dimensions of the jewel case artwork printout will fit in what ever case
you are designing for. You could even use Word Pad in XP or Vista. I have
produced them in PowerPoint, Publisher, Word and Open Office programs.

usually cd and dvd software like nero
have jewel case graphics software
included in their software.

the key is to locate a cd template
that has compensated for the
rotation of the printable area
and that little hole in the middle.

you might also buy a stamper or
whatever the device is called.

it is a device that will place the
sticky side on the cd evenly and
smooth and aligned perfectly.

You have several choices, first there's Nero. With Nero not only can
you burn the CD, it comes with an editor to create the CD Labels and
Jewel case inserts. The advantage with this is that the names of the
songs burned onto the CD will automatically be transferred over to the
editing program.

A alternate option would be to use Avery's CD Stomper. Naturally this
option works best when you use Avery's label sheets for CD's and Jewel
case inserts. They have blank templates available online that work in
MS Word or Open Office Writer.
