msinfo32 opens Help and Support

When I try and run msinfo32.exe from the run box, Help and Support screen
opens, if I then click on "Advanced System info" and "View Detailed info
(msinfo32)" this brings up another instance of Help and Support.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have used the command line, msinfo32 /categories +all -loadedmodules
this works ok
