internet explorer capacity

when i start internet explorer and it opens my email home page, i get a
warning that says that my internet explorer is at 95% capacity. how do i
increase this capacity? what is it that is taking up so much capacity? how
do i work through this?

Sounds like spam trying to sell you some bogus
"system tuner" or other such nonsense.

Run an adware/malware scanner.

Post the verbatim warning. (Sounds like a message from your ISP saying that
you have too many messages archived in your Inbox.)
