locking workstation

On my colleagues XP machine he can hit CTRL ALT DEL and gets a completely
different screen than I do on my XP machine.
He has the option to LOCK WORKSTATION. I do not have any such option.
The only way I can achieve this is to set the screen save to require login
after resume.
This then causes another strange problem.
The logon name is my actual name and not the login name.
I.E it says RUSS MICHAELS instead of ADMINISTRATOR. And I cannot login with
this, my password is not accepted. If I change it to administrator, it logs
off RUSS MICHAELS and logs on ADMINISTRATOR.
There is only 1 user, why does it think there are 2?

You're using the Welcome Screen, he isn't. Just press the Win key + L

You need to turn off the welcome screen if you want the old security dialog to show up, goto Control Panel, User Accounts, Change way Users log on and off to change this.

You should not be using the Administrator login as your everyday use login. It sounds like your login name was changed after it was created.
