windows XP home service pack 2
All my shortcuts are now opening up as a print file. There is no option to
actually open the file or program. Tried deletinhg and resetting new--no
good.Deleted all recent downloads--no good. Removed my printer from PC--no
good. Did system restore--definitely no good I lost all my settings and
programs and the desktop so had to reverse the restore. I am at my wits end.
Does anyone have a clue to what is going on. Even this site I will have to do
a search to get it back up on screen because no shortcuts work any more. I do
not use shortcut keys only icons on desktop or in quick launch. HELP please.

I can't see the answer here. The actual problem is the right click not
showing the correct info. ie. open 9It shows print) instead.
