An error occured while install Visual Studio 6.

I tried to install Visual Studio 6.0 into XPe Target
system. but I met some problem.

The problem is:
An error of VS60Wiz.exe happens when I clicked Next button
in the first window. but this error is not access
violation error posted here before.
I saw detailed information of error, and XPe let me see a
text file named appcompat.txt, but there is nothing
special.
Of course I trired to disconnect network cable, or click
readme button... but still get the same error.
but other applications were installed successfully.
Please give me a guide to go on.
