Try this...
Problem: Unable to share drive at root level
Solution:
There are two registry keys missing.
Add HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Sharing
(Default) REG_SZ {f81e9010-6ea4-11ce-a7ff-00aa003ca9f6}
to add sharing to the context menu
Add HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\PropertySheetHandlers\Sharing
(Default) REG_SZ {f81e9010-6ea4-11ce-a7ff-00aa003ca9f6}
to add the Sharing tab in the properties
Add these to the "Extra Registry Data" in TD.
Let me know if that doesn't work or isn't what your looking for.
