FBA never starts, HDD never boots?

I've "successfully" used WinPE to write an SDI onto my target machine HDD.
Upon restart the drive never boots yet no error message is displayed.

Also, attempts to boot into WinPE fail unless I clear the partition using DOS.

Why is the system hanging? Any way to get a verbose POST?

Did you set the partition "active" in diskpart ?
