Error info you gave us can't be used for telling what is the problem.
Do you use some your installer files during the FBA?
Check FBA.log to see steps that are completed so you can determine step
(component) that failed.
Most likely EWF is not responsible for this error. But you can remove it
from your image and try again, simple as that.
