X15-17821 does not run in Windows XP Mode on W7Ultimate

The setup.exe/suptools.msi from X15-17821 (November) Windows XP
Support Tools for Windows Embedded Standard 2009 does not run in
Windows XP Mode. Windows Installer displays Mesage "The Windows
Installer does not permit installation from a Remote Desktop
Connection". Not clear for me, any advice? V.

You will need to copy over the msi file into the XP Mode machines local
drive.
MSI does not support installation from a Remote Desktop connected drive
therefore this error message appears.
All mapped drives in XP Mode are RDP drives.
