I have a NVIDIA 32MB GeForce 2 MX400 video card.
I can find this in system properties and it gives details regarding the card
but it does not list the size of the card.
I have 3DMark2001 which shows in more detail the card and size ect.
Is there a way to check video card size without 3rd party programs in XP,
ME, 2000, 98........?

A. Well, it may not seem obvious to you, but I think you have a 32MB video card. To be
certain, open up System Information > Components > Display

In the "RUN" box type and run;
dxdiag.exe

That will cycle through your multimedia components and their drivers.
